Description
The Elemental Plane of Water, or the Forever Sea, is an infinite expanse of water. Its surface is typically clear and warm, inviting exploration. However, the closer one ventures to the boundaries of other elemental planes, the more the water's nature shifts. It may become scalding hot, frigidly cold, or churned into tempestuous waves.

The Forever Sea is home to a myriad of aquatic creatures, some familiar and others entirely alien. These beings have adapted to the ever-changing conditions of the plane, thriving in its depths and on its surface. The plane also teems with plant life, from vibrant coral reefs to towering kelp forests.

Common Inhabitants
The following creatures are common in this plane: water elementals, mermen, water nymphs, giant fish, sea lions, and hundreds of thousands of species of aquatic animals.

Unique Inhabitants
Mleangug - This highly intelligent, neutral good sea turtle a) floats in search of elusive sea cabbages near the Elemental Plane of Earth, b) heards schools of fish for fun, and c) assists creatures in need.

Slusis - She is a genius level, chaotic evil giant octopus with a dozen tentacles. She's always up to no good.

Uiiioooooouuu - He is an exceptionally intelligent, lawful neutral sperm whale.

Locations of Interest
City of Thalif - Near the convergence of the Elemental Planes of Earth and Air, there are caves. In these caves an ancient race of lizard men dwell.
