Aegis high command consists of three people: Director Courtney Campbell, Assistant Director Janus Ivanovs, and Assistant Manager David Kaplan.
Aegis utilizes a high capacity space station, nuclear submarine, and an undersea station somewhere in the Pacific Ocean.
Aegis would like to be kept informed regarding the activities and whereabouts of known supervillians. |

| | Chimera is a terrorist group that operates primarily in European countries. There is strong evidence its members are directly and indirectly involved with numerous governments. It uses several shell companies to form an elaborate system of dispensing and receiving payments for activities. This organization benefits from UN policies that show neutrality concerning violent enterprises. It operates in the shadows and has ties to other known terrorist organizations. |

| | Soren Naumann has relatives that extend back to the Nazis. His father Werner Naumann, held the title Undersecretary and Chief of the Minister's Office in the Propaganda Ministry. Due to an unbridled intellect and an evil nature, he manifested himself as Dr. Dilemma and sought to take over the world via a global network of spies and contacts he gained from his father. While pursuing this dream over the course of decades. He intends on leveling several United States and European cities. He has access to a cadre of weapons. He also is extremely rich. Dr. Dilemma is extremely dangerous and should not be approached. Information regarding his whereabouts and activities should immediately be given to Aegis. |

However, Grimfire's alleged connection to the criminal underworld and Chicago being well known for its dirty politics makes for interesting situations and reports by news sources. |

| Parallax (L) Fundamental Tao | This Los Angeles based supergroup has been very helpful dealing with issues surrounding natural phenomena, like forest fires, droughts, and Earthquakes. Parallax's ability to judge distances makes him an exceptional marksman. Tao's positive history within the asian community has been invalubale in dealing with organized crime. |

| | This elite group of heros have suffered tremendous evil, as it deals with villains that threaten New Detroit. |

| | The U.S. government wanted to build a robot-soldier after WWII. However, technology at the time could not simulate movement nor could an energy source be manufactured to run such a robot, if it could be built. In the 60s, computer science and robotic science, even though in its infancy, spawned the core that was this robot-soldier. In 1980, a prototype was built, but the expectations the government had were outweighed by the economic and scientific challenges it possed. In 1981, the prototype was given to a special air force regimine. It worked on the robot and was able to enhance the robot to become a defensive mechanism to patrol its base. A shipwrecked android, named DAR, crossed paths as he entered the base on a mission in search of certain materials. It is believed the personae of Penultimate was somehow born as a result of that exchange. Since its genesis, Penultimate has underwent several versions. The more drastic upgrades have been called generations and usually include both software or hardware improvements. Penultimate is always working to improve his systems, making it humanity's greatest threat to its existence. |

| Archon (L) Areola Churnoctus Doctor KohnEvelyn Twelvetrees Monolith | The Mystics is a large collection of mainly arcanists who are interested in magic, be they spells, relics, portals, or beings. This is a global organization consisting of chapters. The Mystics are in constant battle with Black Paladin, Crimson Knight, and Dark Angel. The ability for The Mystics to keep their struggles silent and knowledge of their organization unknown indicates the professional nature of its membership. |

| | The Superpatriots are located in Washington, DC. There they asist government entities to perform various duties, such as: the protection of government hierarchy, investigate activities as determine by The Committee on Superpowers, and to fight general crime in the DC area. |

| | Not much is known about this team of young villians, called Taunt, except that it is exclusive: woman only. Its members are inexperienced, but it is assumed the team will one day be formidable, if they are not stopped. Taunt currently undergoes small-time robberies and activities. There is a silver lining to this group. Taunt has initiated pro-woman activities by defending woman against male attackers, sheltering battered women, and economically supporting females who are trying to better themselves. Some people have suggested that this interest is really a cleaver mechanism for building its all-female organization. |

After citing his research through various journals, he caught the interest of a neural biologist and biochemist. They worked on bridging what they perceived as a gap in human evolution. They unlocked hidden abilities, which gave birth to Zyebolt the superhero and the Zye supergroup. |
