CHAIN OF ISLANDS: SEA OF FATE
There are hundreds of these Chain of Islands that reside north in the Sea of Fate. Here is one island:

Approaching this island is always met with a response by a military vessel by being boarded or escourted to a special dock for inspection. The White Fortress rests on a large hill and is very noticable from a great distance.

This "white fortress" rests far west in the chain of islands, 50 miles from the coast. As the name implies, it is an offshore defense from possible invaders.
Notable Taverns/Bars/Inns: Aspropapia ("White Duck") (T), Apomonosi ("Reclusion") (I).
Aspropapia or "White Duck" (Tavern)
This tavern is neat and orderly. It is often frequented by island speaking locals and the military. Hence, the atmosphere is receptive to entertainment, such as musicians, jugglers, and puppeteers, but it is hardly ever any raucous behavior here.
This is a list of the drink and food specialties it offers. The costs are for travelers. Locals barter goods and services for payment.

Apomonosi or "Reclusion" (Inn)
This is another neat and orderly establishment. It is a large complex complex of rooms made mostly of some sort of clay mixture that is whitewashed with a limestone mixture. The place is covered in flowering plants -- white roses, yellow narcissus, and purple hyacinths. The inn is set away from the noise and commotion from commerce and entertainment.
Run by a stout couple who speak using broken common tongue, Alaxes and Rytha Sousisos, they are helpful and hospitable.
