Gods are rarely encountered and known to be immortal. They are able to assume any organic and some inorganic forms (mist, clouds, ...). They receive energies from the positive/negative planes and are extremely versatile and powerful. A god is nearly indestructible within their home plane, but would never be encountered without powerful allies. When gods cast level nine and lower level spells, they usually do so without the need for material components. They also require limited somatic and verbal components. A god can easily manipulate the landscape of the layer(s) they command.
